Shuck Wagon offers an unmatched onsite oyster experience. While the raw bar is the most sought-after experience, grilled oysters are also available. This is made possible by the Shuck Wagon itself, a classic Chevy pickup equipped with a gas grill & workstation that slide out of the bed. For this service, we require just under two parking spaces lengthwise on a moderately flat surface. If there is a functioning gas grill at the event site, accommodations may be made.

Raw & grilled oysters come with lemon wedges, horseradish & hot sauce. Raw oysters are accompanied by mignonette of shallot, black pepper & garlic steeped vinegar. Grilled oysters come with 2 sauces: a savory chili barbecue sauce and a beurre blanc of butter, white wine, garlic & scallions.
